Returns and Refunds

Customers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the terms set out in our terms and conditions of sale.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due, except where the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect product shipped, defective product, etc.).

The Customer bears the costs and risks associated with returning products. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as DAVID MALLETT cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within the period specified in our terms and conditions of sale.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, the refund will be issued within a reasonable period. The refund amount will correspond to the price paid for the products, less the return shipping costs as mentioned above.
