Price Display

Delivery Conditions

All deliveries are made according to DDU Incoterms (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The prices displayed on the Site do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any other fees that may be charged by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the conditions set forth in our terms and conditions of sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect product shipped, defective product, etc.).

The Customer bears the costs and risks associated with returning the products. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as DAVID MALLETT cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products during return shipping.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact, within the timeframe specified in our terms and conditions of sale.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The refund amount will correspond to the price paid for the products, minus return shipping costs as mentioned above.
