Price Display

The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), when applicable.

For an order placed on our online store, shipping costs are to be added to the total amount including VAT of the order, when applicable. The prices indicated on the DAVID MALLETT Online Store have contractual value and correspond to the sales prices of hair care products intended for consumers.

Delivery Terms

All deliveries are made under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Incoterms. The prices displayed on the Site do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges that may be levied by the customs authorities of the destination country.

All applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer is responsible for completing any customs formalities and paying any duties, taxes, or charges required for the importation of products into the destination country.

DAVID MALLETT cannot be held responsible for any delays, additional costs, or refusal of entry of goods by customs authorities. The Customer is advised to inquire about the customs regulations applicable in their country before placing an order.

Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the conditions set forth in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product shipped, defective product, etc.).

The Customer bears the cost and risk of returning products. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance, as DAVID MALLETT cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all labels and packaging intact, within the timeframe specified in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The refund amount will correspond to the price paid for the products, minus the return shipping costs deducted as mentioned above.
